Steiner | Douglas Construction, Inc. is proud to serve as the construction partner for this seven-story mixed-use development at the intersection of Downtown Culver City and the Palms neighborhood. Developed by Geneva Street Partners, the project will deliver 54 new studio, one-, and two-bedroom residences above 3,000 square feet of ground-floor retail and a 70-car garage—bringing much-needed housing and amenities to this vibrant, transit-connected corridor.
Through the City’s density bonus program, six apartments will be reserved as deed-restricted affordable housing for a minimum of 55 years. The building’s contemporary design, by HBA, features clean stucco facades and integrated outdoor spaces, including a landscaped central courtyard and multiple rooftop decks with expansive views.
Located steps from Sony Pictures, the Metro E Line’s Culver City Station, and the rapidly growing hub of Warner Bros. Discovery, Apple, and Amazon Studios, 9900 Venice positions residents at the center of one of Los Angeles’ most dynamic creative and employment districts.
