    A Lump Sum Contract offers a fixed-price agreement based on a complete set of construction documents prepared by the project owner’s architect or consultants.   • Guaranteed Maximum Price

    A G-MAX contract is ideal for owners who want flexibility during construction. It establishes a maximum project cost while allowing for value-engineering opportunities.   • Design Build

    Our Design-Build delivery method offers a full-service, turnkey solution by combining design and construction under one contract.
