Steiner | Douglas Construction, Inc. was proud to deliver this 17-unit infill residential project in Los Angeles’ Mid-City neighborhood. Built under the City’s Transit Oriented Communities (TOC) ordinance, the project maximizes residential density while incorporating thoughtful design and community-focused amenities.
The building includes a mix of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units—two of which are designated affordable—each organized around spacious private outdoor areas that elevate the resident experience and distinguish the property from typical neighborhood offerings.
Onsite amenities include a fitness center, a community room, and a landscaped backyard with a BBQ area, providing functional outdoor space for tenants. Due to the tight lot constraints, Steiner | Douglas oversaw the installation of an automated PARKPLUS parking lift system to optimize space efficiency without compromising access or design.
From site prep to finish, our team ensured a high-quality build that reflects the client’s vision, meets TOC standards, and enhances the urban fabric of this growing Los Angeles community.
