Steiner | DOUGLAS served as the construction partner for this 100-unit workforce housing development located in the Willowbrook neighborhood of South Los Angeles. Designed to meet the needs of working families, the project includes a diverse unit mix of 1-, 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom apartments, each featuring private balconies or outdoor space, in-unit washer/dryers, and durable, high-quality finishes.

Construction scope included full site development, utility coordination, and the delivery of a multi-story residential structure with 60 on-grade parking spaces, a large community room, and extensive landscaped areas. Situated on a spacious lot within walking distance of public transit, Charles Drew University, MLK Hospital, and Magic Johnson Park, the project was built to enhance long-term livability and community integration.
